All of our crops are organically grown here on our farm which has been organic for more than 20 years, since 2003,

The polyphenols found in organic produce can have prebiotic-like effects, supporting the growth of beneficial bacteria in the gut and contributing to better digestive health. Consuming fewer pesticides and heavy metals from organic food can lead to reduced overall toxin exposure, which may lower the risk of certain health problems. We don't use chemical fertilisers, pesticides, herbicides', preservatives, antibiotics or chlorine
